Detailed Description

#405: where the calls of a forked run's operation were made before the fork.

A fork of a paused run re-runs the paused invocation, which repeats the provider calls it made before it asked. A journaling broker replays such a call from the source run's record of the same slot, re-bound to the fork, instead of sending and charging it again.
