Exact host-resource receipt returned by the Catalog capability binder.

The NodeContext owns its Provider through shared ownership. ToolSet owns every Tool; Catalog replaces NodeContext::tools with ToolSet::view() before invoking any node factory, so no borrowed Tool pointer crosses materialization.
