Detailed Description

What a prompt turn knows about its session.

Passed to ACPGraphAdapter::build_session_state. cwd and additional_directories are the absolute paths the client sent in session/new (or session/resume); relative paths a node receives from the client resolve against cwd. mcp_tools names the tools of the session's MCP servers (see ACPClient::session_tools).
