std::optional< int >	exit_code
	Exit status of a completed process bridge, when a child was launched.
bool	output_truncated = false
	True when the bridge stopped after hitting the policy output limit.
bool	refused = false
	The tool's service refused the call before running it (the tool threw a ToolRequestRefusal), so nothing ran; retryable says whether the same call may succeed when sent again.
std::optional< int >	signal_number
	Signal that terminated a process bridge, when applicable.
