Public Member Functions

NEOGRAPH_API void validate () const
 Throws std::invalid_argument for a malformed or unsafe policy.

Public Attributes

std::size_t error_limit_bytes = DEFAULT_ERROR_LIMIT_BYTES
 The most bytes of error text a failed call carries (ToolExecutionResult::error, and so the error of the tool message the model reads). A tool's.

HostResourceVector host_resources
 Host-wide reservation held while the tool implementation executes.

Static Public Attributes

static constexpr std::size_t DEFAULT_ERROR_LIMIT_BYTES = 2048
 The default of error_limit_bytes.

Detailed Description

Host-owned policy for a named tool.

resource_key_template is a literal with only these substitutions: {tool}, {owner}, {root}, {thread}, and {arg:name}. Argument substitutions accept scalar JSON values only; missing or structured values fail closed instead of silently collapsing unrelated resources together.

Member Data Documentation

◆ error_limit_bytes

std::size_t neograph::ToolExecutionPolicy::error_limit_bytes = DEFAULT_ERROR_LIMIT_BYTES

The most bytes of error text a failed call carries (ToolExecutionResult::error, and so the error of the tool message the model reads). A tool's.

exception can embed a response body or a payload, so longer text is cut on a code-point boundary and ends with a marker; the result, marker included, is at most this long. validate() accepts 1 byte to 1 MiB.

Definition at line 241 of file tool_execution.h.

◆ host_resources

HostResourceVector neograph::ToolExecutionPolicy::host_resources

Host-wide reservation held while the tool implementation executes.

For non-reentrant policies it is acquired after tool-resource arbitration, so a queued request never occupies host capacity.
