Where a prefix of an encoded request body ends, as the first message and part that is not in it.
A provider reads a request as its tools, its system text, then its messages, so a prefix always holds the tools and the system field, the messages before message_index, and the parts before part_index of message_index. On a family that hoists System messages into the system field, {0, 0} is a prefix of nothing but the tools and the system field; a prefix of a whole body ends at {number of messages, 0}. The positions are those of the encoded body, after hoisting and after tool results are regrouped.
