MigrationCompatibility

strong

Enumerator
NewRunsOnly	The version is admitted for new invocations only; pinned runs drain.
ForkCompatible	The exact source checkpoint may be projected to the target version.
DrainOnly	Existing source runs drain, but no checkpoint fork is published.
OperatorReconciliation	A human/operator must reconcile durable state before migration.
Blocked	The transition is not safe under the v1 contract.

Compiler	Additional dimensions are appended to preserve persisted ordering.

strong

Classification of a retained legacy source artifact at the authoring cutover boundary.

These values are deliberately independent from MigrationCompatibility: they describe whether a stored source may be translated, drained on its exact old runtime, or must be rejected.
