Detailed Description

The private io_context of one blocking wait.

A thread keeps the contexts it has finished with and hands them out again, so a synchronous call does not create an epoll descriptor and its timer each time. Nested waits on one thread get different contexts. A context that did not end cleanly is dropped, not reused.
