Host-admitted P1 semantic bridge for an immutable control-free Core successor.
It proves an identity projection of durable GraphEngine state: checkpointed channels, frontier node names, and barrier members are preserved exactly, while the successor may carry a different sealed Core definition and compiled-plan identity. It intentionally does not rename state, translate reducer values, move pending effects, or transfer JavaScript control state.

noexcept |
Graph metadata differences between the source and target definitions, sorted by pointer.
Metadata is outside topology_shape_id(), so it never blocks an adapter; this list lets the approving host review it. It is evidence computed by prepare() and is not serialized: a parsed adapter returns an empty list.
| graph::Checkpoint neograph::program::GraphSemanticMigrationAdapter::project | ( | const GraphMigrationCapsule & | capsule | ) | const |
Projects only verified identity-mapped GraphEngine checkpoint state.
The caller supplies target checkpoint identity metadata separately.
