Detailed Description

A node attempt ran past its attempt_timeout_ms (#364).

The executor raises it as the cause of an attempt that timed out; node code never throws it. The attempt was cancelled through its own CancelToken (a child of the run's) and whatever it returned or threw afterwards was discarded. When it stopped before its stop deadline, stopped() is true and the failure is NG.Timeout, which is retried and routable. When it did not, its effects are uncertain: the failure is NG.EffectUncertain, which is neither retried nor routed, so the run fails.
