Detailed Description

Thrown by the throwing facade ToolExecutionController::execute_async for every terminal status except Succeeded and the two cancellation statuses (which throw graph::CancelledException): it carries the whole typed result.

The node failure classifier reads it: an uncertain effect is NG.EffectUncertain, a timed-out or expired call NG.Timeout, anything else an ordinary failure, which is not retried when the call was refused (refused) and the refusal is not retryable.
