Detailed Description

Optional extension for tools implemented by a real subprocess.

A process is placed in its own process group. The controller drains output, enforces limits, polls cancellation, and escalates TERM to KILL. Interactive tools must return interactive=true when they need a human input turn; the bridge returns InputRequired instead of leaving a worker blocked on stdin.
